My favorite pregnant food

This may sound odd, but if you love fried eggs, you’ll love this! This is what happens when a foodie gets pregnant with twins and has to avoid carbs.

Asparagus Fried Egg with Parmesan Cheese Recipe

Take your asparagus and break the ends off, wash and dry. Give them a light coat of olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle some season salt, or veggie seasonings and place in the oven on BROIL. This is quick, so every couple minutes attempt to spear one with a fork. These are delish by themselves, and my DH & DD fight over the last one.

Take that delishisness and add a fried egg (or two) with some good parmesan cheese and maybe a little browned butter. You. Will. Die. In a good way!

    I think I ate a whole pound of steamed asparagus with hollandaise sauce!!
